PUSH PRESS (95/65)

3 ROUNDS OF
KETTLE BELL SWINGS (53/35)

Each round is 2 minutes then rest 2 minutes. Complete all 3 rounds of one exercise before moving on to the next. Total your reps for the 3 rounds of each exercise.
