It can be difficult to know where to begin when it comes to supplementation. This is a list of our TOP 10 supplements in order of importance. We are fully aware that these products are not cheap. You will get what you pay for. Choosing pure, whole food products is essential for absorption and benefit so we have also listed brand names that are reputable and of the highest quality. Start with what you can afford. Here’s to better health!

1) Multivitamins:

Food based supplements offer maximum absorption and ease of digestibility.

2) EFA’s:

1 gram (1,000mg) minimum per day

The average American diet consumes .15 grams per day while a Harvard Mental Health Study recommends 10 grams and the American Heart Association recommends 3 grams

3) Calcium / Magnesium:

1,000mg / 500mg per day including multivitamin and diet

5) CLA:

2,000mg – 4,000mg per day

Helps improve the ratio of lean muscle mass to fat, especially in the abdomen

According to the trainer for MRM, he suggests using Dr. Peter Lemon’s research which recommends 1.5-2.0g of protein per Kg of body weight or approximately half their weight.  The more resistance and more intense workouts, the higher the protein intake
