METCON 1
Power Cleans 3 Reps –  Touch and go on the minute
Increase weight every 5 minutes by 10#
Stop when you cannot increase weight any more.
25 min cap

METCON 2
5 ROUNDS
20 push ups
20 weighted Russian twists
Rest 1 min after each round

CATALYST WOD
SNATCH – 80%, 2 sets of 1 rep, 85%, 3 sets of 1 rep
SNATCH PULL – 100%, 2 sets of 3 reps, 105%, 2 sets of 2 reps
PAUSE BACK SQUATS – 75%, 2 sets of 3 reps, 80%, 2 sets of 2 reps
