Warming Up (No Measure)

10 reps of the following: Wrist Circles, Elbow Circles, Shoulder Circles, Over & Backs, Upright & Bent Torso Rotation, Leg Swings (front & back), Leg Swings (side to side), Internal/External Arm Rotation, Bow & Bend, Hip Circles, Iron Cross, Scorpion, Walking Lunge with Twist, Spiderman Lunge, One-Legged RDL + Leg Swing, Cossack.

Shoulder Press (4@55, 4@65, 4@75)

Push Press (4@70, 4@75)

Push Jerk (4@55, 4@65)

Tabata Tuesday 7/7/15 (4 Rounds for reps)

Tabata Alternating KB/DB G2OH (35, 25/20)(RXplus: 53, 35)(1 is 1), Tabata HRPU, Tabata Ring Rows (RXplus: C2B Pullups), Tabata Situps (RXplus: V-ups).
To “RX” or “RXplus” the workout, all RX elements must be completed as RX and all RXplus elements must be completed as RXplus!!!
