Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

Shoulder Press (3×3@75)

Push Press (3×3@75)

Tabata Tuesday 6/30/15 (4 Rounds for reps)

Tabata Vertical Jumps (Set a target 6″ from finger tips), Frog Hops, WBS (20, 14), T2B.
