Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

Shoulder Press (3@55, 3@70, 3@80)

Push Press (2×3@75)

Tabata Tuesday 6/16/15 (4 Rounds for reps)

Tabata Push Press (75, 65), Tabata SDHP (75, 65), Tabata Flutter Kicks (R+L=1)(Big kicks! not small choppy ones), Tabata Box Jumps (20″ for everyone!).
