Happy Birthday Diane!

The CrossFit Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

Shoulder Press (5×2@85)

make sure you warm up sufficiently with a few lighter sets of 5!

Release the “Wratten” :) (Time)

3 RFT: 10 Deadlift (195, 155), 11 Burpees, 10 Situps, 10 Floor Wipers (95, 65), 10 Barbell Glute Bridges (95, 65).
