CrossFit Rugged Edge – CrossFit

The CrossFit Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

Back Squat (5 sets of 2 reps all at 80)

Metcon 4/27/15 (Time)

21-15-9 reps of KBS (53, 35), KB Goblet Squats (53, 35), Burpees, Split Lunge Jumps (NOT R+L=1), 400m Run between rounds.
