Main – CrossFit

Warm Up, Strength, Metcon.

Warm Up 101 (No Measure)

2 sets, 1 length of the turf of the following:
High Knees
Butt Kickers
Alternating Toe Touches
A-skip
Walking Lunges
Perfect Stretch

Power cleans and front squats (1 power clean + 1 hang clean + 1 front squat)

2 position power clean and 1 front squat.

CFRE WOD 3/31/14 (Time)

5 RFT (rounds for time) of 5 Hang Cleans (155, 135, 115, 105, 95, 75, etc…)12 box jumps, and 15 Burpees.
