2 sets, 1 length of the turf of the following:
High Knees
Butt Kickers
Alternating Toe Touches
A-skip
Walking Lunges
Perfect Stretch

Double Unders and KB Swings (Time)

50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders & 25-20-15-10-5 Kettle Bell Swings.
Do 50 Double Unders then do 25 Kettle Bell Swings, then 40 Double Unders and 20 Kettle Swings and so on and so, etc, etc, etc…
