Warm Up 101 (No Measure)

2 sets, 1 length of the turf of the following:

High Knees

Butt Kickers

Alternating Toe Touches

A-skip

Walking Lunges

Perfect Stretch

Squat Therapy (No Measure)

3 sets of 5 reps, done in a controlled manner, of the following:

wall-facing squats

kettle bell goblet squats

pvc pipe overhead squats

Back Squat (3×6@70)

Metcon 2/16/15 (Time)

3 RFT: 30 Walking Lunges, 30 Mountain Climbers (4 count!), 30 Alternating KB Goblet Box Step Ups (53, 35)(15 each leg), 30 Second Wall Sit.
