The CrossFit Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

Bench Press (2x@60, 2×3@70, 1×3@75)

Metcon 1/29/15 (4 Rounds for reps)

Tabata Everything! Pullups, Pushups, Situps, Air Squats. No rest between each.
