Main – CrossFit

Warm Up 101, Squat Therapy, Dead Lifts, TGU’s and WOD.

Warm Up 101 (No Measure)

2 sets, 1 length of the turf of the following:
High Knees
Butt Kickers
Alternating Toe Touches
A-skip
Walking Lunges
Perfect Stretch

Squat Therapy (No Measure)

3 sets of 5 reps, done in a controlled manner, of the following:

wall-facing squats
kettle bell goblet squats
pvc pipe overhead squats

Deadlift (5 sets of 5 reps)

Turkish Get Up (3 sets of 5 reps)

CFRE WOD 03/10/14 (Time)

5 Rounds, 1 minute per exercise, 30 seconds rest between exercises…

Turkish Get Ups (alternate 1R & 1L)
KB Swings (American)
KB Clean & Press (alternate 1R & 1L)
