CFRE TABATA TUESDAY WOD 6/2/15


CrossFit Rugged Edge – CrossFit

The CrossFit Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

Shoulder Press (2X5@70)

Push Press (2×5@80% of Shoulder Press)

Push Jerk (2×5@85% of Shoulder Press)

Tabata Something Else (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats.

There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals.
