I am so excited about 2014. With each near year I’m motivated to make some changes in my life. It’s not about putting undue pressure on myself, it’s about creating new goals and starting fresh. Some of these are very simple and others require a little more effort.
Now, to be honest, I’m sometimes overly positive and a dreamer so my list for the new year is big. I am only picking 3 things that are important and doable and with these 3 I’m creating a challenge.
If you would like to…I would Love for you to join me as I challenge myself to accomplish these goals. There is nothing more motivating than setting goals together and having accountability. If you chose to accept this challenge I will have a commitment form for you to sign and I guarantee that this will transform you in every way. We will see how many days we can go being consistent!
I am calling this…
“ALL IN 2014”
Starting tomorrow EVERY DAY I will:
1. Drink 64 oz of water
2. Jog/walk I mile
3. Meditate in silence for 15 minutes (it’s not often that we create this type of environment. Remove all noise, electronics, distractions, etc. use this time to just relax, think, pray, journal, dream)
